Fairfield House provides a residential, short-break or ‘shared care’ facility for up to 5 children/young people with learning disabilities and/or autism spectrum conditions, between the ages of 8 to under 20 years of age. The maximum age difference between children in residence does not exceed 10 years at any time, except where there are siblings. The facility provides for single occupancy bedrooms and the home allows for mixed gender.

Fairfield House is purpose built and stands in approximately a quarter of an acre of garden. Fairfield House is positioned on a residential road within walking distance of shops, medical centre, library and leisure centre.
